Features of the Tremor Package
The Ranger Tremor is a new group of options available on the XLT and Lariat versions, which allows the Ranger to enjoy outstanding off-road capabilities. Thought you'd seen it all with the rugged FX4 package? The Tremor takes these capabilities to new levels for the Ranger!
Mechanical Specifications
This Ford truck equipped with the Tremor Package features a lifted suspension with off-road tuned FOX 2.0-inch monotube dampers as well as rear piggyback reservoirs. You will hence enjoy increased control on rough terrain. In addition, the front and rear springs increase the truck's stability during off-road driving. There's also greater wheel travel, 6.5 inches in the front and 8.1 inches in the rear. Finally, the anti-roll bar stiffness has been reduced, which helps provide a more comfortable ride and minimize shocks.

Technical Data
The Ranger Tremor in Laval offers you a higher ground clearance of 9.7 inches or, if you prefer, about 24.6 centimeters. What is more, it will be able to go anywhere, even on not very wide trails where many competitors can’t go, thanks to its narrow track. In addition, the Ranger Tremor has a breakover angle of 24.2 degrees, an approach angle of 31 degrees and a departure angle of 26.6 degrees.

Already robust, the silhouette of the Ranger Tremor gains in muscle with this new package. Indeed, this truck is equipped with 32-inch Continental General Grabber tires, hoop-style off-road steps and new wheel well lips, giving it a sensational look.

Also noteworthy is the front grille with a Magnetic-painted surround and black center bars with red nostril accents, graphic elements on the body and hood as well as exclusive badging on both sides of the cargo box. Finally, a frame-mounted steel front bash plate and underbody skid plates complete the package.
Interior Features
The Ranger Tremor also offers a 6-switch auxiliary power bank that is useful for connecting a winch, air compressor or any other accessory or tool. It will also receive brand new seats that are exclusive to this model; they feature Miko suede inserts and the Tremor logo is embroidered on the backrests.

For the rest, the Ranger Tremor will have the same level of equipment as its respective model (Lariat or XLT).
What about the engine?
On this chapter, no change from the other versions of the Ranger; the Tremor will be powered by the 2.3-litre, EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine that generates 270 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, making it the best performing truck in its class. This engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, an exclusive in this segment. Finally, while the Ranger Tremor has outstanding off-road capabilities, this hasn't come at the expense of its other assets. The Ranger Tremor retains its towing capacity of 7,500 pounds and maximum payload of 1,430 pounds.
